Terms & Condition of rental

  1. Fuel is not included in hire costs and is to be paid for by the customer.
  2. Identification documents required and the contract must be signed for the whole of the stipulated hire period.
  3. Penalty of 30 euros for each hour of delay in the return of the boat.
  4. The predetermined hire time cannot be changed. In the case of delivery of the boat at 9.30 a.m. it must be returned by 1.30 p.m. when customers have chosen the half-day excursion.
  5. To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount due must be paid within 3 days of the email of confirmation. Bookings without payments will not be considered valid.
  6. Boat licenced for 6 persons (including children).
  7. Drivers must be over 18 years of age and do not need a boat licence.
  8. The company provides all the mandatory safety equipment on board.
  9. The boat will not be delivered to anyone who refuses the responsibility of signing the contract for the hire period.
  10. The booking can be cancelled and the deposit refunded up to 7 days before the requested hire date.
  11. In case of adverse marine weather conditions with the impossibility of navigation, the deposit paid will be refunded.
